Last week, on August 1st, Kelly Ayotte VETOED Senate Bill 213 and House Bill 613!
SB 213 would have made it difficult to determine what information cities and towns may legally put out to educate voters, like voter guides.
HB 613 would have allowed towns not to provide the accessible equipment for those with disabilities unless a resident requested it at least 60 days prior to an election.
